These short courses are for everyone over the age of 15 who would like to have the opportunity to learn baking. It is practically based with lots of hands on experience. This is supported with basic theory and ingredients information so students learn the hows and whys of baking and pastry techniques. No prior baking knowledge is required and our aim is to ensure the students can produce the products properly in such a short time.
