300g high protein flour
60g sugar
3g bread improver
3g bread softener
3g salt
6g yeast
15g cocoa powder
B
150g milk
1 egg
C
30g margarine
Directions
- Combine A thoroughly using slow speed.
- Add B till combine.
- Add C till become an elastic smooth dough.
- Measure into 7 pieces 80g dough each.
- Mould into round shape or any other desired shapes, place onto a greased baking tray.
- Proof till double in size.
- Bake at 200�C for approximately 20 minutes.
