Ingredients

A
300g high protein flour
60g sugar
3g bread improver
3g bread softener
 
3g salt 
6g yeast 
15g cocoa powder

B
 
150g milk
 
1 egg

C
 
30g margarine

Directions
  1. Combine A thoroughly using slow speed.
  2. Add B till combine.
  3. Add C till become an elastic smooth dough.
  4. Measure into 7 pieces 80g dough each.
  5. Mould into round shape or any other desired shapes, place onto a greased baking tray.
  6. Proof till double in size.
