She get to start learning the baking skills in Sugarcraft Baking Academy on August 2006 (Form 4)
She gets to know about this academy through the newspapers.
Based on her mind, Sugarcraft Baking Academy is better & more persuadable than other baking academy.
For previous time, she knows nothing on baking skills. Since she is the student of Sugarcraft Baking Academy, she has learning the baking skills & also gains a lot of baking knowledge. As a result of that, now she even can make the cake/ bread for her family.
For Yan, the student fee of Sugarcraft Baking Academy is reasonable for students.
She said that the study environment here is good & the facilities provided are efficiency enough for the students. Besides, the communications/ relationship between students are good, all of them are willing to help each other when it is needed.

For her opinion, the principle of Sugarcraft Baking Academy- Ms. Elisabeth S, she is a very good teacher. She is willing to teach & correct the students� mistakes patiently.

From the newspapers & magazines, she gets to know about Sugarcraft Baking Academy.
Her interest on baking industry gives her energy & makes her be patient in learning here.
For her, she feel that the student fee of Sugarcraft Baking Academy is reasonable because of the ingredients used, facilities & also the skills learned are worth for it.
From Sugarcraft Baking Academy, she has had learn a lot of baking skills & knowledge on this field of industry.
For her opinion, in order to be a good baker, both practical & theoretical knowledge are equally important for the students.

On her mind, Ms. Elisabeth S is a nice teaching because she is willing to share all the knowledge she have with her students

From Sugarcraft Baking Academy, he has had learn a lot of baking & decorating skills.
For him, the knowledge about the ingredients is very important. By the way, he said that theoretical knowledge is more important than the practical skills. But he found that the theoretical part is difficult for him because of the language (English) problem. As a result, he hopes to improve it so that it is easier for him when comes to the theoretical part.
There is no any problem for them to study together & communicate with each other even though they are different age students.
Overall, the facilities provided in Sugarcraft Baking Academy are quite good & efficient.
Based on his mind, Ms. Elisabeth S is a nice & friendly teacher. Besides, sometimes they will share their own story during the class. That�s one of the reasons why Andrew is so enjoy to study here.
