Ingredients

A

 
250g unsalted butter
 
180g sugar
 
15g chocolate paste
10g vanilla essence
 
 Pinch of salt
 
150g melted chocolate

B

 
3 eggs, separated

C

 
100g milk

D

 
235g all purpose flour
 
20g cocoa powder
 
8g baking powder
 
2g baking soda

Directions
  1. Beat A ingredients till fluffy.
  2. Add the egg yolks one at a time and whip using medium speed till combine thoroughly.
  3. Sift the D ingredients and fold in lightly to the above mixture alternatively with milk.
  4. Whip egg whites till medium peak and fold in with spatula lightly to the above mixture till combine.
  5. Pour into a 9� prepared line tin and bake 170�C for approximately 45 minutes.
