Ingredients
A
250g unsalted butter
180g sugar
15g chocolate paste
10g vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
150g melted chocolate
B
3 eggs, separated
C
100g milk
D
235g all purpose flour
20g cocoa powder
8g baking powder
2g baking soda
Directions
- Beat A ingredients till fluffy.
- Add the egg yolks one at a time and whip using medium speed till combine thoroughly.
- Sift the D ingredients and fold in lightly to the above mixture alternatively with milk.
- Whip egg whites till medium peak and fold in with spatula lightly to the above mixture till combine.
- Pour into a 9� prepared line tin and bake 170�C for approximately 45 minutes.
